So my first year here in college is within two weeks of its end, and as I'm sitting here (or was, rather) painting these dreadful swatches for my last art project I begin to reminisce. I came here with a pretty solid confidence in my artistic abilities, but I mean, I didn't really consider myself artistic so much as creative. Suddenly, I realize that I have come so far in the last few months. I was forced to take my creativity and my art knowledge and join them hand in hand and become the artist that I've wanted to be. I don't feel like my skills have changed, but that I've learned to wield them a bit better. Now i'm rambling... sorry. ha. So many wonderful things have come of this year, and I can ONLY imagine what next year will have in store. :]
